    Mark de Beer, originally from South Africa, serves as the President of ES Plastics. A Certified Public Accountant by training, Mark successfully orchestrated the acquisition of ES Plastics in Waterford in 2011 and Production Plastics in Saukville in 2012. His leadership is defined by a commitment to empowerment, fostering an environment where team members are encouraged to grow individually while excelling collectively. Mark's strategic vision and financial acumen have been pivotal in steering the company towards sustained growth and operational excellence.

    Brandon Pfitzenmeier, Project Engineer

    Brandon Pfitzenmeier is a Project Engineer at ES Plastics, having demonstrated a remarkable career trajectory since joining the company in 2013 as a press operator. His journey through the ranks includes promotions to Tool Room Apprentice, Set-Up/Process Technician and Shift Supervisor, culminating in earning his Injection Molding Journeyman’s Apprentice Card in 2017. In 2023, Brandon transitioned to the role of Project Engineer, where he applies his extensive hands-on experience and technical knowledge to oversee and optimize our projects. His progression within the company reflects his dedication, skill and deep understanding of the injection molding process.
